I have never met another practitioner like Sifu Oram. He is a rare combination of both a consummate practitioner and teacher. Great doers can't always teach, and great teachers aren't always doers, but Sifu is both. Sifu to me is a great example of what a man should be: always fair, always calm, always in control of the situation, and yet adaptable. ‘Set and flexible’ as he likes to say. The principles of Wing Chun and his own personal philosophy, that he demonstrated and taught, helps me navigate life to this day.

I am incredibly fortunate to have trained under the guidance of Sifu Eric Oram over the past seven years. Under his tutelage, I have witnessed not only my own growth but also the transformation of many others who have trained alongside me. Sifu's deep knowledge and mastery of Wing Chun are exceptional, and he has an incredible ability to convey complex techniques clearly. What truly sets Sifu apart is his unwavering dedication to his students. He invests his time, energy, and expertise into each individual's progress, ensuring that we not only understand the principles of Wing Chun but also embody them in our practice. His patience, passion, and commitment to our growth have been nothing short of inspirational. Beyond the physical aspects of martial arts, Sifu instills the values of discipline, respect, and humility. He leads by example, demonstrating not only his formidable skills but also his humility and respect for the art itself. This has had a profound impact on my own life, extending far beyond the training mat. I am filled with gratitude for the invaluable lessons I have learned under his guidance. His mentorship has not only honed my martial skills but has also enriched my character. I am honored to have had the opportunity to train with such a remarkable individual, and I will carry the lessons he has imparted with me for the rest of my life.
